America’s Next Top Model : Heather Was Eliminated!

Heather did her best, but didn’t measure up - according to the judges.
At this stage in cycle nine of America’s Next Top Model, the model’s are in Shanghi. There are five top model wannabes left, and here they are, in order of who I like most: Heather, Saleisha, Jenah, Chantal, and Bianca. Bianca is my least favorite because she’s really aggressive and not very nice. I feel that her inner nastiness translates to her outer look, so I really hope she doesn’t win.
Wednesday’s episode was the go-see episode, where the models go see different designers to book jobs. They come with portfolios, get maps to their locations, cabs with drivers, and translators. They are to get to as many appointments as possible, and they cannot be late getting back or they are disqualified.
During the go-sees: Saleisha was called ‘dull’ by one of the designers, which she really isn’t. Poor Heather got lost once she got out of her cab, which is exactly what would happen to me. Chantal had a bad time with a designer because she was asked to put on a sheer dress and she was not wearing nude colored underwear. Oh, my! Chantal was told be demure as she walks, and I honestly don’t think she knows what that word means.
By the time all of the other girls had been to two or three go-sees - Heather had still not gotten to one. Finally, she gets to one.
Only Saleisha and Bianca (in that order) got back in time. The other girls were all disqualified from the challenge. Heather was the latest - 40 minutes late. While she was gone the other girls were mocking her, but once she arrives, they’re fake-nice to her. Bianca won the challenge.
During this show, Drew Barrymore’s new CoverGirl commercial airs. Usually, Queen Latifah’s commercial for CoverGirl airs. The trend that is popular now is for actresses to be used on magazine covers and for beauty product commercials, instead of models. I think they’re trying to revive the modeling business, but I don’t think it’s going to work. Most model’s aren’t given enough of a place to define their personalities (some probably don’t have them!) and as pretty as they may be, girls aren’t going to look up to them. I think the era of the Supermodel is fading away.
Nigel Barker, a panel judge, was the photographer for the photo shoot in this episode. Nigel is very pretty, and his accent is lovely.
At panel, Heather was eliminated. They didn’t think she would be able to make it as a model with her disability (Aspergers). That’s really too bad.

i think heather is very nice. She always thinks other people nice and also she is had working. Compared to other model, especailly bianca, she is very nice inside. I think the judges do not find it.
