Pull up a seat, as it’s time for another episode of Law and Order: CI (Celebrity And/Or Intoxicated). Special guest stars this evening are Vivica A. Fox, Eva Mendes, and Jesse Metcalfe.

Fox has until December 11th to comply with the courts and check in to be booked at Los Angeles police station, where she will be fingerprinted and have her mugshot taken. Maybe she can use it for her new head shot. While the last time she was seen on the small screen was in Curb Your Enthusiasm, she wasn’t seen at all at her DUI hearing on Monday. The charges stem from an incident in March when she was clocked doing 80 mph hour on the 65 mph freeway, then later charged for driving under the influence of alcohol. What is it with the women that star in movies with Will Smith? Film star Mendes, who starred in Hitch with Smith, and has also done some guest star spots on ER and V.I.P., avoided charges by leaving a note. She was out doing errands and ran into another car when she was attempting to park her own. Avoiding the hit-and-run charge, or something worse, Mendes left a note on the windshield stating, “This person slightly hit your right front tire but nothing happened. Just wanted to let you know. Happy Holidays. Call with questions if any,” and left her contact information. What would shock you more, that the offender wished you happy holidays, or that it was a celebrity?

Desperate Housewives star, Jesse Metcalfe, has never starred in a film with Will Smith, but that doesn’t stop him getting in trouble. He was leaving a nightclub in London and attacked a photographer, leaving him with a bloody nose. According to the photog, Rowan Lawrence, the assault was unprovoked. Metcalfe was walking out with his girlfriend, Nadine Coyle, and he walked towards a taxi, then stopped and punched Lawrence in the face. Knowing what we know about celebrities and photographers, it doesn’t seem like we’re getting the full story. Nonetheless, Lawrence wants charges brought against his attacker.
