LOST’s Upcoming Season Starts in February

The season four trailer for LOST is now appearing in movie theaters. But you don’t have to go to the movies just to see it, it’s up on youtube! View it below:

The new season starts in February so it’s time to start getting psyched. There are supposed to be 16 episodes, but with the writer’s strike - who knows. Right now, there are only eight episodes ready to air. For anyone not aware, ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson has formally announced that LOST is going to end during 2009/2010. Giving the show a deadline seemed like a good idea, so that they knew how to write things on a timeline. However, I am wondering if the strike will be affecting this decision and if the decision will be revoked. What do you think?

They started shooting this season in August but they stopped in November - because of the WGA strike. I do worry that people will start to get angry that shows are becoming reruns, and they will stop realizing why the writers are, indeed, striking - and that their points are valid. They aren’t the ones you should be mad at, remember that, okay?

This upcoming season will be comprised of both flash backs and flash forwards. You’ll know how important that is if you’ve seen every episode to date!

Get caught up on the last season!

  1. Jorge Garcia says the end to episode 7 is the most shocking thing they’ve ever done. Also, a new character will supposedly have flashbacks involving Libby, showing how she got to the Crazy House with Hurley after we saw her give Desmond the Elizabeth boat.

  2. Yay! I liked Libby a lot, and always wanted to know about her backstory.
