Sarah Michelle Gellar Has a Long Promotional Schedule Planned for TV

I love Sarah Michelle Gellar, to the nth degree. That’s what they say, right? Apparently that’s what I say. I’m here to tell you that I’ll be turning on my TV and tuning in to The Late Show with David Letterman on Monday, January 21st to see Sarah Michelle Gellar promote her new movie Air I Breathe.

Pictured to the left you can see her on the red carpet in a vibrant turquoise dress at the premiere for that movie, just a few days ago.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has been on The Late Show three previous times. Her first appearance was in 1997. She was then on in 2002 and 2004. Sarah is most easily recognizable for her seven devoted years as the stylish-but-deadly (you gotta love the cheesiness of the statement!) Vampire Slayer, Buffy Summers. That was where I first saw her, and have been a fan ever since.

She’s been in several movies over the years but not many have not been incredibly successful (though still arguably lovable). From a bevy of interviews I’ve read over the past years I believe she hopes that now Buffy (Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Collector’s Set) is over - she will be able to focus on a flourishing movie career.

She was promoting the movie Scooby Doo (Scooby-Doo (Widescreen Edition), as well as the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She mentioned that she commuted for three and a half months from Australia to California for her the movie and her show. It’s hard to believe what some people do for their jobs.

I want to know who has the job of testing out new handbags and purses. I volunteer for that job. I know it’ll be a drain, but I’m willing to take one for the team. (The uh…human team. Great, now I sound like Tom Cruise.) Speaking of - have you seen his wife, Katie Holmes, carrying around that huge Birkin bag? Do you think she had Suri in there?

Anyway. I’ve missed Sarah Michelle, so I’m glad she’ll be around on the small screen, albeit in small doses.
