TV Stars Shining at a Prada Party

Omg.yahoo.com has posted pictures from a recent Prada party. TV stars there included David Boreanaz, Jessica Capshaw, Becki Newton, Ginnifer Goodwin and Michelle Trachtenberg. Here’s my take on what we can see!

This picture shows David Boreanaz of Fox’s Bones (Bones – The Complete Second Season), next to Jessica Capshaw who has also been on Bones as Booth’s (David’s) former flame, and the mother to his son. Jessica’s dress here is gorgeous, but it’s her hair that has me really envious. I love how it is styled without looking overly-coiffed. Jessica has a great glow, and I’m not sure if we should attribute that to a nice mixture of well-applied blush and bronzer (you have to do both!) or just being next to David.

David is married so he’s not making any moves, but he really looks like a gentleman here – a suave, charming one, at that. I love how he has his arm around Jessica, and is leaning in. He looks dashing, and I wish he were on my arm.

And here is TV’s Ugly Betty (Ugly Betty – The Complete First Season) star Becki Newton in a turquoise dress that she looks mighty happy to be wearing. The leg placement isn’t great, but it looks like she was mid-walk or just standing and someone asked for a photo so she did her quickest pose. Despite the awkward legs, you look away from them and up to her fierce face. Love her.

I’ve only seen season one of Big Love so far, but not only do I love it – but I am enamored with actress Ginnifer Goodwin. Her character on the show can be annoying, but she’s adorable. Here, she’s sporting the season’s IT color: yellow.

If you haven’t seen Big Love yet, you’ve got to. I thought I wouldn’t like it, the concept isn’t one I love: polygamy. But of course, the show is about more than that. And it’s certainly giving us an interesting take into problems you won’t see on another show.

Here’s Michelle Trachtenberg, who played Dawn Summers on Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Buffy The Vampire Slayer – Collector’s Set ). As I wrote about recently (just click her tag to see) she’ll soon be appearing on the CW’s Gossip Girl.

I love Michelle’s take on the lbd (little black dress) because it’s cute and fun, perfect for her age. (Not that I’m actually too much older!) She’s rockin’ dark polish with a bold cocktail ring. Normally this would be a perfect combination, but in this picture I’m wishing I could pull up that dress and/or add a necklace.

I think (or at least hope) the light here was too bright so this picture makes her look as thought she has no color on her face. But judging by her smile – she’s alive and loving it. Michelle always looks friendly. I want to get mocha’s with her and talk about boys.
