There’s Something About Hayden Panettiere
I have an interesting view on Hayden Panettiere. I hate her one day, then hate her a little less the next. And this just goes on like that until I forget about her. But then, I walk in a store and see a pornographic image of her for a Candies ad and I wonder… What is it about Hayden Panettiere?
She’s like a stormtrooper glamazon Barbie. Or something. There’s no doubt that she’s beautiful, but often in a very commercial way. Anyway, today I feel a bit bitter about her. For two reasons:
#1. She called Paris Hilton a genius. “She’s a nice girl and a lot brighter than people give her credit (for) but no one sees her like that because she plays this character all the time. She’s actually a marketing genius.”
#2. On being cruelly bullied in school and tortured, she says: “It was very hard for me but I think it made me a stronger person and I’m glad that it happened.” Now, I was never cruelly bullied in school because I was a wallflower and I was too busy mentally insulting myself (anxiety and depression, yay!) on a level no one could match. But, I’m pretty sure that most people who get out of high school never want to go back if they had a bad experience. And we, we all say things like ‘oh, it made me stronger’ when we’re in a good mood and we can romanticize our pain away. But I know people who are still angry about high school things, and I feel bad – because it can be very difficult for teenagers. But for Hayden, every day is like the ten year high school reunion where she shows up and looks gorgeous and has a successful, gorgeous boyfriend. Most people, I’m guessing, don’t get that.
And just when I’m ready to be all annoyed, then I see this post from Faded Youth. She looks so innocent. So looks ridiculous in this completly stylish way, and that’s not easy to do. And that giant puffy coat paired with those (so not in fashion) giant Ugg boots and perfect hair makes her look like this distressed damsel that you’d just want to hug. I mean, crazy moms? I’ve been there. Hayden, you call me up and we’ll get some smoothies and talk out the pain, okay?

OMG you have to watch the directors cut of the first episode of Heroes…it’s really wicked. But I have way too many questions after watching it!! !

I am excited
I basically know what happens in the season one finale, and still – I’m excited. 
And Milo with longer hair…well, yum. I love having a new crush. Haha. I feel so girly and silly. But in a good way! I plan to spend my summer watching way too much of Heroes and other Milo movies.

Yea. I know :X I’m going to watch it, though! I only saw the first episode. I was so busy with other TV shows that I thought it wasn’t important. I was so naive! So young, so dumb! But I’ve learned now.

I ended up watching it because deep inside I liked Milo..do you remember that show Bedford Diaries? It had Milo and Penn Badgley in it? I loved it with him in it…
But now both Penn and Milo are on good shows!!

I officially need to IMDB Milo and go down the list. Aahhh. I’ve heard of the show, but never watched it! I wonder if it’s on DVD. I recognize Penn’s name from Gossip Girl. I’m not a huge fan of the show, but I think I’m warming up to it as a guilty pleasure. I thought I could watch the latest episode on the CW website and I got a rude shock that they aren’t streaming the newer shows for that series. I pouted. LoL. I’m ready for SPN tonight. I missed last week (and I know it was a repeat but I had missed it before, too) and I was so angry at myself. I will not be missing tonight, though

i missed the last last one of SPN…and I almost cried!! I was hoping that they would replay it…but they didn’t. But I love Dean and I can’t wait to find out what happens!
