It looks like something you'd pay 50 cents for in a garage sale. and not in a "hey, awesome vintage find!" way. in a "crazy grandma Edna's ugly tattered leftovers" way. Confetti-vomit is a perfect description. Maybe by "Fool's Fete," she thought it meant to choose something you'd have to be foolish (and by foolish, I mean blind. and with no sense of touch. and no ability to communicate with others to find out how you look before you leave the house.) to wear. Knowing that she has about a billion dollars and looks that bad makes me feel better about wearing my favorite sweatshirt that is ancient and getting holes in the cuffs. :P dear lord. what IS she wearing?
