Win “Enchanted” or “P.S. I Love You” on DVD from Sofachip.com

Here’s the sitch- Sofachip.com is giving away a free DVD. How do you win? It’s really very easy – just spin around clockwise 50 times, with a book on your head – while reciting the entire pilot episode of The Office (doing all the voices). Okay, is that too much? Fine! All you really need to do is leave a comment on this post (make sure you fill in your e-mail) with:

Your name: (First name, last initial)

State:

Age:

Which one of the two DVDs you’d like to win:

Your favorite TV show that is no longer on the air (unless it’s reruns):

Here are your two DVD choices:

Enchanted

Amy Adams from The Office and Buffy the Vampire Slayer is in Enchanted. I adore her, she’s fantastic, endearing, and can act like the sweetest girl – or the nastiest. She’s always been memorable in her roles. Ever see the 90’s comedy Drop Dead Gorgeous? And please tell me that you’ve seen her in Junebug!

OR:

P.S. I Love You DVD

James Marsters, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Smallville and Torchwood, is in P.S. I Love You. Who doesn’t have a crush on him? WHO? He’s yummy. And talented. Did you know he sings?

I will use this Custom Random Number Generator to – you guessed it, randomly pick what numbered comment wins a DVD! Since the comments don’t get numbered on their own, I’ll be counting them by hand. Woe.

We will be purchasing this for you from Amazon.com. Deadline: 11:59 a.m. of May 3rd, 2008.

Edited to say: This contest is only for people who live in the US, we’re sorry.

Subscribe to Sofachip: because you don’t want crucial (and hilarious) TV news to pass you by, nor do you want to spend an hour looking for the good stuff. Lucky for you, it’s all right here. And, if you like DVD contests like this, you’ll want to subscribe because we will be having more. And you don’t want to miss those, right?

  9. To find out which of you guys won, just go to the latest Sofachip entry! This is the URL: http://www.sofachip.com/2008/05/04/theyre-baaaack-our-favorite-shows-from-the-wb/

The good news is that, as you can probably tell by the URL text, even if you didn’t win – I still have some good news for many of you who miss shows from the WB.

I want to thank you all for submitting, and we hope to do this contest on a monthly basis so you’ll have another chance. (The winner from this time cannot submit.)

Personal notes to all of you:

Amanda – Firefly, yeeees. I still make a glee!face when I encounter someone who says they’re a fan of the show.

Colleen – I’m glad you’re also a Marsters fan! And Everwood, aww. I watched it sporadically, it was always good.

Patty – I like what you said about hope. The Dad from Frasier is in a movie I just saw ‘Dan in Real Life’ – and if you haven’t seen it yet, you must! It’s amazing.

Barbara – Ah, an oldie! The Wonder Years make me feel warm and safe when I watch it. I once found a website that had complied pictures and facts on all of the girls Kevin liked over the years.

Ron – Another Firefly fan, all right! I worship Joss, is that so wrong? :) Also – Sliders. Whoa, I used to watch this. When they went through the tunnels of time (whatever they called them) it was awesome. And Buffy and Veronica Mars? Yea, I’m pretty much obsessed with those shows! I seem to always be mentioning them on this blog. :D

Taylor – I’d had to check but we do let Canadians play our Reindeer games on Sofachip. Woo. Milo love FOREVER.

Matt – Firefly, yeees. And Cupid? Did you know they’re re-making the show? I blogged about it here a while ago. You can read about it here: http://www.sofachip.com/2008/03/23/abc-is-sending-cupid-back-to-earth/

Cynthia – Those are my top two favorite old shows. Then comes Veronica Mars. :) Jeffery Dean Morgan might be missed on Grey’s Anatomy and Supernatural, but at least we don’t have to miss him!
