Shopping for “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” Sunnydale Residents at ShanaLogic.com

Deciding to combine two major loves, I’ve decided to do a rundown of things that characters from one of my VERY favorite tv shows ever (EVARZ!) would pick from the site. The show? Do you even have to ask? Buffy the Vampire Slayer! I’ll be incorporating all seasons of my beloved show, so any character is fair game. Are you ready?

Since that was a rhetoric question, away we go!

When going off into the night to slay, during her first year of college, Buffy says to Willow, “Wish me monsters.” It’s a fun phrase because it’s not something you hear a lot. But, because monsters are commonplace in the Buffyverse, I think that it would be with glee that Buffy would have the iPod Touch Monster to tote her iPod Touch around on patrols. (#1)This green guy doesn’t look too scary, he might be downright friendly. I can see virtually any of the core Scooby characters (excluding Giles) having this bright purple Zumba Monster Keychain that, personally, makes me smile instead of scream. Then again, if I were to face him in a dark alley – it might be another story.

I think Dawn would have had great fun leaving notes with the Little Birdies Sticky Notepad. (#2) Or maybe it would be Buffy’s – and Dawnie would just ‘borrow’ (read: steal) it. Hey, the girl does have a bit of a Klepto record! Birds + Pink + Friendly messages are made of sheer win.

When Xander turned into his Halloween costume in the season two episode, Halloween, he became an army guy. The information lingered, and it was obvious to everyone that he liked having the power of that knowledge. So, not only does the Camo Belt match his goofy-but-slacker style, it would have a personal, almost deep meaning for him! Oh, my. We all know Xander doesn’t like to do deep thinking. But this he wouldn’t mind.

With even more bird love, I’m drawn to the Mod Nuthatch Print with vibrant colors. (#4) It’s always fun to change up what’s up on your walls, even more so if you’re setting off to your first apartment or a dorm room – known for bleak walls designed to make you want to study, sleep, repeat (where’s the fun in that, I ask!) Tara probably would have preferred the Ruby-Crowned King of Fall Print with the warmer, earthy colors (tan, brown, forest green). You could buy both and line them up next to each other.

The stoic Oz made a big impact on the show while he didn’t say an awful lot. Seth Green just makes you wanna look at him, I guess. When I see the Orbit Wallet I can picture Oz pulling it out (hey now, watch your dirty minds!) to generously pay for Willow at a drive-in. (#4) Sunnydale didn’t have any of those that I’m aware of, but there must have been some around there. I know drive-in’s aren’t that popular anymore, but I’ve always loved them. As for what movie they’d be seeing…would 1985’s Teen Wolf have been too ironic for an actual werewolf to watch?
