I always found Locke a little shady, as I suspect it was written for people to feel. Jack used to seem like the standard, trustworthy guy. Now he's more interesting with visible flaws - but I still don't like his (or Locke's) bossy authority. Though, I understand why they both have that. Locke is sure he knows what is right, so is Jack - and Jack has 'logic' on his side more often, and he's 'always been the leader'. Locke has logic but he doesn't explain it. I really never liked Locke after how he treated Boone. I wish Charlie was in charge, and alive. Or, Desmond! Had I been in the situation the survivors were in, I would have followed Jack, because I would be desperate to try and get off the island no matter what. (Unless I was wanted for murder like Kate, then I would have followed Locke.) Anyway! *Breathes* I do not know why Locke is using an alias (although, fun fact: he was on ALIAS!)
