I dunno - my sister has run through so many iPods that it's ridiculous. She's always like 'well, this one is broken' when I bet it isn't even, just needs a little tweak. LoL. I had an issue with my logic board on my laptop and they sent me a box to return it, and I got my laptop back 36 hours after I sent it out.
