Pushing Daisies is The Magical Modern Fairytale I Want to Live Within

I had misplaced my love for Pushing Daisies over the summer. I’ve redeemed myself now. I am so glad that I tuned in last Wednesday to see the season opener, “Bzzzzzzz!” (Public Service Announcement: Remember, only you can prevent bad TV-watching decisions.) This show is a mixture of beauty, fairytale elements, striking colors, romance, comedy, singing, mystery, quirks, pies, and bee appreciation (which there is never enough of in life). This show airs on ABC at 8 p.m., so next Wednesday do yourself a favor and tune in for the charm.

Season 2, Ep 2: Circus Circus

The above info is from TV.com

The cast features Lee Pace and Anna Friel. It was created by Bryan Fuller, who I love for creating Wonderfalls and Dead Like Me. On Wikipedia (I should really add that word to my spellcheck someday) I discovered something I hadn’t realized: In “Bzzzzzzz!” Ned says he’s a temp from Happy Time Temporary Services. This is the temp agency that George works at in Bryan Fuller’s Dead Like Me.
