Can Watching TV Actually Cure Migraines?

Oh man, I HATE migraines. I’ve been getting so many constant migraine attacks. How do you cure a migraine? Better yet, what are some (good) homeopathic, natural cures for migraines? You tell me if you know any because nothing I try seems to work (don’t tell me that lots of hot chocolate can’t cure something in this world, dammit). The only nice thing about migraines is that they force me to rest and indulge in plenty of (fun, sometimes silly) entertainment. Which I will now discuss. And I’m going to be very serious. Just excuse my heart-shaped sunglasses and giant mango smoothie. Ahem. *Bangs rubber gavel*
Oh - I’ll note that I’m typing this right now in the dark (oooh, spooky), with the monitor on my computer dimmed significantly to a nice shade of gray, while listening to a Pete Yorn CD. (Pete Yorn - Nightcrawler) Pete Yorn is someone I keep forgetting that I love. I listened to the Musicforthemorningafter CD (Musicforthemorningafter) on repeat for probably an entire month. I’m not sure how to describe him exactly… he sounds like John Mayer, but sincere and less whiny. And he’s minus all the weird Jennifer (Jenifer?) Aniston associations. (Weird, because how can Mayer not love Aniston?) Speaking of Aniston, I think it was in the recent SNL that they parodied her and it was weird how good it was. McCain was also in the episode. Eh. I don’t want to talk politics. I am sick of politics. Blergh. No politics! Except for the part about voting - go do that.
ABC Family's Greek
Onto happier things… Did you guys see the season finale of ABC Family’s Greek? Oh MAN! It was one of the best episodes the show has ever had. Augh, now I’m jonsing for more episodes right now. Luckily chapter one is on DVD already. (Greek - Chapter One) I’m sad that not more people are loving this show, boo!
I really like that they made the cliffhanger something about the ZBZ’s, focusing on the sorority and something other than romance. And why am I developing a crush on Evan Chambers the more of a jerk he is? Methinks that is a bad thing. I still love Cappie the most, at least.
Lauren ‘LC’ Conrad was in that episode for a guest spot. It was was tres cute. The only thing that bugged me was that her hair was straightened and it looks much better with the wavy curls. Psh. Since I’ve become weirdly totally obsessed with The Hills - can I just say…Lauren and Brody! Psh. I’m watching season three of The Hills on DVD (I told you, I have to rest a lot with these migraines!) and they are so cute together.
Hayden Panettiere
The Office, 30 Rock, and Supernatural were all so equally awesome on Thursday I don’t know which I liked the most. I watched the NBC shows and taped Supernatural. However, since Hulu.com streams (for free!) The Office and 30 Rock I think I’ll start watching SPN as it airs.
Upon making myself finally re-watch the Hayden Panettiere music video for Wake Up Call, I still hate it. (Sorry!) I’m pretty embaressed to admit that I do like an Aly & AJ song, however. (Because you’re surely dying to know which it is, it’s the Potential Breakup Song.) Oh, pop music - I forgot how fun you can be.

Hate to break it to you, babe, but the hot chocolate might be doing it.
My mom and I both get migraines that are triggered by chocolate. It’s not uncommon:

but one of your OTHER loves can help with headaches! Diet Coke to the rescue! Caffeine does something to your blood vessels (I can’t remember what) that helps relieve headaches
Although I’m not sure how that works if you’re already a huge caffeine addict. But I rarely drink pop (or soda for all those non-midwesterners), and Coke always helps my headaches go away. Pepsi does not. Because it tastes bad.

But my sage theory is that you are hoping he’ll pull a Logan Echolls and become adorably sweet and open up his misunderstood and abused heart to you even though he’s a jerk to everyone else. *nods* I should become a tv psychic. Poor Hayden Panettiere looks like a porn star in that picture. :/ She can be SO cute. Can she stop dating Milo so that her stylists can stop trying to prove to the public that she’s not jailbait?

Mmm…Diet Coke
Pepsi is more hardcore tasting, LOL. So is Coke. But Coke vs. Pepsi - Pepsi is more AUGH. Ironically, Diet Pepsi is reaaallly watered down, and it tastes pretty awful. Diet Dr. Pepper is my second choice when it comes to pop.
Well, Evan Chambers is actually not really too much like Logan. Like - I CAN see some connections now that you point out the possiblity…but Logan has a better heart than Evan, I think. You are oddly psychic though, that’s crazy.
Hayden’s music video was funded all by Candies I believe, which is why she’s wearing all that stuff. Then again, with that type of music, I’m not sure what other types of clothing you’d wear. I dunno. The picture I posted makes me think of Dolly Parton or something.
