The Great Kate Hudson ‘Green Dress on Letterman’ Debate of 09!
I first read about it on Taylor’s site, TENgossip.com. But now that my eyes are atuned to it, I see it everywhere! What am I talking about? The dress, of course! The dress Kate Hudson wore on the Late Show with David Letterman. People care less about why she was there, the movie she was promoting (Bride Wars with Anne Hathaway), or anything else. They care about the dress. This is one of those times where you’ll either love or hate something. So, prepare yourself…
I think she rocked this look. Is it the prettiest dress ever? No. It’s not exactly my taste. But at least she went for it. We’ve seen her in black dresses, she has the money to buy crazy fashion, and she’s having a lot of fun while she wears it. In fact, I might hate the dress if it looked like SHE hated it. But her smile is so freaking…enchanting! I mean, Kate is just a girl’s girl, you know? People say that and I never know what that means. But then I think of it here, and it fits. My mind is obviously a bit crazy…
But! Yesterday even my Mom was talking about Kate Hudson being interviewed by Matt Lauer, and how you just can’t help but talk about her because she’s so vibrant and sweet. And what’s better than being known as that?
I really wanna know: Is this dress a big yay or big nay to you?

The dress is a bit 80’s. And not “Hey look at me, I’m doing something retro, so it’s cool” 80’s.
With that said, the whole world loves Kate right now! Bride Wars was SOLD OUT this weekend. So I still haven’t seen it.
She’s just so dang likable. Ugly dress or not. LOL.

I’m not really digging the dress (I have insanely simple/classic taste), but I think Kate Hudson’s got a SJP thing going on here…If you’ve got the right attitude and HAVE FUN, you can get away with wacky choices and look great doing it!
