It seems to me that lots of throws in movies and tv progs are usually from an Aikido throw.

I did like Jessica Sanders, and I even miss Nikki. Stupid Tracey Strauss!

I do like Sarah Walker, too. I miss her OLD job, though :p

You know Buffy Anne Summers is my #1 ass-kicking female :) SMG was actually really good with a sword - I remember an interview with Joss talking about how surprisingly good both David and Sarah were in the sword fight scene in "Becoming."

Another newer female character that I enjoy seeing kick ass is Sarah Walker (or whoever she is!) from "Chuck." She is kick ass and handles a gun like no one's business.

Jessica Sanders from "Heroes" kicked butt... too bad they didn't know what to do with her and her screen time was pretty short lived.

Blergh @ Claire. She just gets her ass kicked.

Alias in the early seasons is sooooo amazing. I would have marathons every day because it was so addictive!

Naika - True, SMG did know some stuff. She could be her own bodyguard, lol.

I remember Buffy having a lot of doubles actually, sometimes very obvious ones. But yeah, SMG did have moves also :)

I'm really glad you left Claire off this list.

Sidney Bristow kicks a whole different kind of ass. I'm just now getting into Alias and loving it. I think Starbuck from BSG is my inspiration.
