A Gossip Girl Prom
Prom is lurking around the corner for teenagers of the USA, and the girls at Gossip Girl are always attending a function where they wear sweeping gowns. So, I decided to challenge myself to find prom dresses for each of the three main female characters on Gossip Girl.
Their budget is more than what most could or should pay, so I tried to keep my dress choices more reasonable. I selected dresses sold on RissyRoos.com. It was easy to search by brand, although I sincerly pity the girl who wears a ‘Lauren Conrad’ dress to her prom!
Blake Lively
I put Blake’s character in this long, golden, Grecian-inspired prom dress by Faviana.
Leighton Meester
I put Leighton’s character in this yellow and black prom dress by Zum Zum. The back has a long black sash and it reminds me of something Audrey Hepburn might have worn.
- Taylor Momsen
I put Taylor’s character in this prom/cocktail dress by Jessica McClintock. It seems youthful, fun, and flirty.
